Hi, I’m Caroline. I have created and conceptualised world class events that have significantly contributed to the media, creative and event landscapes in Australia. As Director of Produced By I bring extensive experience in curating, programming and delivering art and cultural events and brand experiences Australia-wide.

Art in all its forms, is my raison d'etre. I value, above all, the contribution of artists to the community and have thought deeply about how I can positively impact the landscape of the human experience. Specifically, my purpose is to be a significant and influential contributor in bringing art, music and creativity to the lives of many.

I’ve been producing and creating all my life. I know there is no project or idea that can not be achieved. I am a doer. I move without hesitation.

My career has been built on enthusiasm, relationship building, determination and ambition. I have grown as a leader and creative by trusting my judgement and building trust with my clients. Au fait in logistics and operations, what I really love is collaborating with brands to create something truly unique, fun and enriching for the community to interact with and enjoy.

Engaging with creativity connects me to my spirit, connects me to my heart, and makes me feel alive.

I have an unparalleled history and body of work in delivering creative and art experiences to the community and to our private sector, and my vision for the future is to become a leading orator in community creativity.

But producing stand out property styling and spectacular event design takes more than imagination. Adam draws from a diverse background of experience in many areas of style and design including editorial, television, film and theatre to transform his vision into event perfection.

Adam has a worldly flair and distinctive passion for creating stunning, signature property styling and events. These memorable moments attract, stimulate and dramatise.

Courtenay McDermott

Creative Producer

Courtenay is a forward-thinking, agile, commercially-minded content, events, marketing and partnership specialist. she delivers clear and efficient project and campaign management, detailed budgeting and ROI. In addition social and digital ideation, campaigns structure, trade and consumer communications, creation and management of small to large activations, award ceremonies and trade shows. With 12 plus years of experience this has allowed me to be very flexible in many circumstances and situations.

She has worked closely with talent, influencers, major Australian athletes, sponsors, international licensing partners, TV production agencies, TV media (both subscription and free to air) and government bodies. These skills, combined with an enthusiastic personality and approachable manner, enable me to easily integrate into a team and company environment.

Ky Haus

Designer, Brand Consultant, Producer

Laptop in one hand, power drill in the other, Ky brings both digital and tangible value and experience to projects and events. Ky’s comprehensive background consulting in digital design, and web and brand development allows him to pivot strongly in the digital space, helping to breath life, identity and character into events and ideas.

Being a country lad birthed in him practical, hands-on skills building with tools and materials - a valuable asset for event activation, signage and installation roll out. His highly adaptable and cultured design sense, and constructive problem-solving approach work together with effectual synergy. Ky consults to start-ups and brands of any scale, from ideation to long-term development.

Kate Woolley

Senior Producer, Talent Booker, DJ

Introducing Kate Woolley, a smiling, self-confessed event-a-holic who is in it for the long haul. Previously an event marketer by trade, Kate has worked with some seriously big brands and shows a detailed understanding of how the right marketing adds value at every stage of an event – from idea creation, through to strategy development and execution.

Not surprisingly, Kate’s talents go beyond the business side. Over 10 years of experience has encouraged growth and promotes the use of creative flair at every opportunity. Kate is also well regarded as a leading event performer "DJ Wildflower" and continues to perform at many high profile corporate events across Australia. She knows a thing or two about getting the party started!

Anton Rehrl

Born in South Africa and now living in Sydney's beautiful Bondi beach, Anton is a full time Photographer, father and maker. A connoisseur of fine beer and random silly facts, Anton love's photographing people - specifically people who make things.

There is nothing more fascinating than someone who has created something from nothing, adding something cool to the word. Anton shoots portrait photography, headshots, corporate photography and lifestyle photography.
