Set on absolute waterfront shipyard Woolwich Dock, home to legend Wild Oats we transformed the Deckhouse cafe into our Mariner’s club and Clarkes Point Reserve into the ethereal Siren’s Lair. There were games a plenty, with strongest sailor arm wrestling, darts, a hot shave or your ear pierced, getting your hair braided or learning how to make mermaid crowns.
The electric harpist kept things chilled in the Siren's Lair, while the sailor boys from Beat the Streets ramped things up in the Mariner's Club. We were joined by Morrison's House band inside, while the main stage hosted DJ Devola, No Talk (DJ Chux and Michaela Baranov) and of course the incredible finale from Hot Dub Time Machine that had 600 jovial sailors jumping 'til the very end.
